Excellent . As a nurse I found the staff to be very kind and understanding. They actually listen to what you have to say and how you are feeling. They don’t tell you how you feel. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Nurse practitioners was very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I had to say. Not rushed at all. They do not perform any unnecessary treatments. Definitely my go to place for Urgent Care.
The level of care was great, but when the time came to pay the bill I discovered that because I hadn't been there before, there was a significant charge as a "first time patient". The code described it as a 45 minute + visit; total time with the doctor was 5 - 10 minutes. The explanation was that this was only an issue if someone hadn't paid the deductible. My attitude is that the charge should be disclosed prior to being seen. I've been to other urgent care offices, and never have had to pay this charge.
Awesome. My NP Jill was so sweet and knowledgeable. Luckily it wasn't busy and I was in and out in less than an hour. Checking in online was also a great option. This was my second visit to this office and I couldn't be happier. My nurse was a peach, and the girls at the front desk were super sweet also! Great staff, great experience. Keep up the good work!
I stopped into thurgent care facility for bronchitis. The young girl seemed genuinely happy to see me! Filling out the paperwork was so easy. Not 5 different pages to fill out. The MA and NP were both competent and nice. The NP seemed very knowledgeable and had a nice personality. The facility seemed very clean. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I waited in the exam room longer than I thought I should have.
This care center is outstanding. I waited for maybe 15 minutes before being called to the check up room, and was in and out of the whole place in less than an hour. All three of the women who helped me (front desk receptionist, nurse, and doctor) were all extremely friendly. I am one of those people who rarely go to the doctors when sick, but this place really put my anxieties at ease. I had a question after I left and called in, they answered my call, even though it was after closing hours. I wish I could give this more stars!
